GRISTMILL CROSSINGS CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

The Gristmill clubhouse is a common area facility of our Condo Association and is available to Gristmill residents only for private events with invited guests only. Activities shall be limited to social non-commercial, non-business functions. Rental does not include the use of the pool or exercise room. The clubhouse occupancy is limited to 35. The Gristmill Association or its Managing Agent assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by guest/s anywhere on the premises.

To reserve the Clubhouse, first verify that the desired date is open, then complete this form and give to the Association Secretary Peggy Gauck, 2795 Ashton Circle, two $25 checks. The first check is a $25 security deposit required for renting the clubhouse, payable to: Gristmill Condominum Association. If conditions as explained below are met, this check will be refunded to the renter. The second $25 check will be made payable to Peggy Gaulk. A calendar of scheduled clubhouse activities is posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.

By renting the clubhouse the Unit Owner assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests, and for preserving the condition of the clubhouse property. The following tasks must be completed within 24 hours of the event for the return of the $25 security deposit check the other $25 check will be retained by the Association.

* Cleaning equipment and supplies are located in the hall closet and under kitchen sink.

* Clean restrooms (floors, toilets, sinks and waste cans).

* Wash and put away all dishes, utensils and appliances. Please empty the dishwasher if used. Clean kitchen counter top, sink, floor and refrigerator.

* Place all trash in sealed bags and place in outside trash container. Reline the kitchen trash container. Bags are stored in hall closet.

* Turn off lights. Reset thermostat to 80 for cool or 62 for E heat.

* Check that all doors, including side patio doors, are closed and locked.
