Owners are encouraged to report any observed need for maintenance or repair of the Gristmill Common Areas, even though the Association bears the responsibility. Whether it is considered an emergency or routine, all such reports should be directed to a board member or to the maintenance committee.

The following is a list of maintenance contractors who have a record of providing satisfactory service and provide varying degrees of emergency service.
